Stabilizer simulation for Clifford circuits, with a narrow door for non-Clifford patches.

Ledger stores a stabilizer tableau. Clifford gates update that tableau in polynomial time. When a T gate or a small non-Clifford block appears, Ledger can hand that patch to Statefold and stitch the classical record back together.
